MORE THAN A CHURCH
Winamac UMC isn't just a place to worship God and connect with others in our community, we hope to truly make Winamac a better place to live and raise a family. This means finding ways to transform our community locally and globally.
OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE LOCALLY

FARM TO TABLE
From food pick up to delivery, we serve 100’s of people every Wednesday. If you’d like to get involved with this project contact dawinter@purdue.edu

METHODIST MISSIONS IN MOTION
Each month we collect items to help those in need. This month we are collecting Soap and Toothbrushes for disaster victims and local children in Winamac.
POP TABS
Helping others really is as simple as saving your pop tabs!

SLEEPING PADS
Can you cut, crochet or have colored plastic bags? You can join us from home to put these blankets/pads together for the homeless program run by Robert's Park UMC in downtown Indianapolis. Contact Barbara Kleinofen to get involved.

OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE GLOBALLY

METHODIST CHICKENS
Northwest United Methodist churches hope to send 3 months of food hampers to our clergy brothers and sisters in Zimbabwe. For $366, they will receive 100 chicks and 10 bags of feed. Support here or send checks to the office, with chickens in the memo.

UMCOR
The United Methodist Committee on Relief or UMCOR provides emergency care and disaster relief to needy communities. Help send supplies or volunteer.

RED BIRD MISSION
Each spring we send a team to serve this critical mission to the people in Appalachia, learn more info here.
